The NIH has recently started identifying Early Investigators in an attempt to close the gap between post-graduate work and the time the first NIH grant is awarded. The new HealthProposal.net will specifically provide tools designed to help these Early Investigators as they prepare their first grant applications.

The new HealthProposal.net is up and running. Over the next few weeks we'll be continuing to polish the site and add additional features to make it the best tool for NIH grant creation in a 2.0 world.
