Early Stage Investigators

Welcome to the Early Stage Investigators group!

Through this group, you will be able to interact with other early stage investigators through our social network. You can create a blog about your experiences making the transition from a post-doc to newly funded investigator, ask questions of the scientific community through our forums, or browse our resources section to fully understand the NIH grant funding process.

What is an Early Investigator?

The NIH has recently started identifying Early Investigators in an attempt to close the gap between post-graduate work and the time the first NIH grant is awarded. The new HealthProposal.net will specifically provide tools designed to help these Early Investigators as they prepare their first grant applications.
